ACCOMMODATION

The LOUNGE is light and spacious and has a wooden floor. There is comfortable seating, including a sofa bed which will sleep a further two people. A TV, video and micro hifi system are also provided. French doors lead out to the side garden and patio area. |

The DINING ROOM has a stone fireplace and just enough exposed stonework The dining table will seat eight people in comfort. |

There is a newly fitted and well-equipped KITCHEN with built in fridge, oven and hob. There is also a microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and fridge/freezer are located in the utility room. |
On the ground floor is a fully equipped BATHROOM although the bath is rather small.
Proceeding upstairs, the staircase was handmade locally from the last of the great elms and is built into all that remains of the old tower.
The house sleeps six people in comfort in ONE TWIN and TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS.

The master bedroom has a luxury en-suite bathroom equipped with large walk in shower, bidet and extra large bath. |

A further bathroom with large shower and bath, is for the use of guests in the second and third bedrooms.

All bed linen, duvets, pillows, bathroom, kitchen and pool towels are provided for your personal use during your stay.
The property has been decorated and furnished with care and style by the present owners for your comfort and enjoyment.
